The UC Management in Education has the following learning objectives: - Acquisition by the master students of knowledge on major ongoing discussions in the area of school management (institutional school management); - Acquisition by the master students of knowledge about the areas of development of schools as organizations; - The topics under discussion; - Development of the master students` competencies of analysis of the school as a professional organization; - Development of the master students` capacities of intervention and participation in organizational development of the school; - Acquisition by the master students of knowledge and skills of organizational and individual performance assessment.
