The main objective of this Curricular Unit is to put the doctoral students in contact with some topics of the contemporary anthropological debate, allowing to relate the anthropology of biblical heritage to this debate. Some concepts of the classical Christian anthropology, such as the case of freedom, soul, corporeality or relationality, will be analyzed within the discussion of the anthropocentric paradigm, reevaluating the relationship of the human with the animal, the machine and the digital. Students should also exercise autonomous ability to investigate the topics under study.
